The first round of counselling for government and private medical and dental colleges was held from June 18 to June 26, 2018. The registration process and choice filling were conducted simultaneously.

The private medical colleges of Chhattisgarh namely Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Medical College, Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Sciences, and Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences were not allowed to take admission in the academic year 2018-19. In this, the latter two colleges were debarred from admission in the academic year 2017-18 and 2018-19 while the former has not been included in the MCI list of colleges which were not allowed to take admission this year. There is a possibility that Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Medical College is allowed to participate in the second round of counselling but it cannot be confirmed till yet as there is no official information released intimating the same.

Coming back to your query, as you mentioned that you have registered for the management quota seats of Chhattisgarh state then you were also required to submit choices while registering. The official notice stating the same can be checked here-

The result of the round one of counselling was issued on June 30, 2018. These allotted candidates were required to submit the original documents from July 2 to July 6 and were also required to report at the allotted college from July 2 to July 7, 2018. The state has also released the list of allotted candidates who reported on or before July 7.

The counselling for private dental colleges was delayed as the allotment list was released on July 12 and these candidates were asked to report at the allotted college till July 19, 2018.

The schedule for the second round of counselling has not been released yet. Although, the tentative date for the commencement of round two was July 15. The conducting body has not released any official notice pertaining to it yet. As per the information brochure, candidates were only required to register and submit choices before the first round of counselling. However, this rule can change considering a lot of other states do invite the applications again but cannot be confirmed as of now.
