Definitely You can get IITs that too the Top IITs for your Masters. According to previous year cutoff, You can get IIT Patna, IIT Jodhpur , IIT Madras, IIT Guwahati etc. M.Sc. Chemistry is one of the most popular branch for post graduation, so it is difficult to get IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi but not impossible, You can also get these IITs depending upon number of candidates apply for counseling.
Apart from that , you can also get Top NITs.
