Very little chance in government colleges based on your rank to be honest. You might have chances in private colleges and deemed universities.

Assuming you have mentioned your Tamil Nadu provisional rank details. According to your rank, chances are less of admission to Government medical colleges.
You can try for admission to private colleges and Deemed Universities.
