Getting a marks above 650+ will allow him to get a AIR rank <500 so he must choose the best colleges starting from Delhi colleges like MAMC,VMMC,UCMS, then Maharashtra like Grant Medical College, and last Rajasthan SMS Jaipur.
He May choose state colleges over national ones, if he is not comfortable going out else the order should be followed.

Thanks for your prompt response and valuable guidance.In first round shall we choose only 2-3 collages or choose all preferred collages.please suggest
