Hello Neelam,
The cut-off marks varies from college to college. You will have to mention the name of the college in which you want to pursue B.Ds and then I may provide you with the respective cut-off marks.
In general, the cut-off for government colleges for B.DS is around 470 marks, therefore securing less than 450, will not fetch you any government college.
