So I have been hearing and reading from articles that NEET 2019 will be online mode (computer) but why does it say "online (pen and paper)"?

NEET 2019 will be conducted in the offline mode. It is a pen and paper based test. To know in details, read NEET 2019 . I'm sure you'll find all details there,
