So the eligibility criteria says to have maximum 45% and I have got 44.66%, will they round off and consider it? And if not, is their any other solution to it?

Dear Sara, you haven't mentioned the entrance exam you are enquiring about. Neverthless, the marks you scored with decimals will be considered and they are not rounded off to the nearest digit. So if you have scored 44.66 against required 45% aggregate, you may have to appear for improvement exams if there is a chance to do so.

Even if you have 44.90% then also you will not be considered for the exam if the cutoff is at 45%. There is however one solution. You can fill for improvement exam and this time try to score above the minimum cutoff marks. Then apply for the exam next year.
