hi,
right now in india most of the students go for software engineering profile right after completing b.tech. however if you really want to do master and want to make higher studies definitely you can. salary structure is slightly higher for master degree or m.tech pass candidates. but you need to study from a reputed institute which have good placement opportunity for students.
