Hope now you are doing well. No, you will not get another chance to register yourself. Because the application no. is already registered. But in 2nd round counselling, you will be able to rearrange your preferences and change according to you. So, keep that in mind and don't lose hope. Then change those and lock them quickly so that the other person can not change it. By it, you will not need to register once again. Just be wise.
