state counselling is based on category rank or air as i have got 2.5 lakh air and category rank is 24k so which one matter

The state counselling does not directly depends on AIR/category rank, instead it depends on rank list prepared by the state counselling authority.

thanks for the answer but plzzz tell me i m belong to sc category should i wait for state list as i know my both d ranks

as i have seen last yr 65k rank was there is state list so should i wait or not if i bother air i dont but my category rank get me in trouble

In my opinion there are very less chances that you will get seat on this rank but i suggest you to apply for state counselling and take a chance. Regularly check the faculty of medical sciences website.
