Hello,
State counselling is done for 85% seats of all government medical colleges in india by respective state authorities.(reserved for students of the particular state only)
While the rest 15% seats of all these government medical colleges are reserved for students all india students done by natioanl level authorities.(same follows for rajasthan).
(except j&k and telangana = as 100% seats are reserved for students of the these states only).
