Hello Aspirant,
LLB is three years law programme, As per the eligibility you should be Graduate to apply. There is no state level exam for the admission to LLB programme. There are many universities offer three years law programme takes the admission through its own Entrance Exam.
If you are looking the admission in UP state only then Banaras Hindu University is one of the best institute for LLB programme. The admission is based on its own entrance exam BHU LLB.
