Synthetic organic chemistry
Organic chemistry by Clayden, Greeves and Waren.
Carey and Sundberg part A and B.
Disconnection approach by Stuart Warren.
Stereochemistry
Stereochemistry by Kurt Mislow
Stereochemistry by Eliel.
Many people refer Nasipuris book, but it is a dumbed down version of Eliel with unforgivable blunders.
Spectroscopy
All books on the subject by Atta-Ur-Rahman.
Silverstein ( there are a few mistakes in the 2D NMR section)
