The KMAT paper comprises 120 questions divided equallly into three sections- QA, English, Logical Resasoing. Since the level of difficulty is similar to that of CMAT, studey material can also be the similar. for QA, book by R S Agarwal is good. For English Comprehension any basic book of grammar and a regular habbit of newspaper reading alongwith vocabulary building may help a lot. Further, the reasoning questions are also very basic and books by S chand would be much useful.
