suppose a condition in which in neet I scored 660 marks and got a college. But if I want to take admission in another college of lower rank . then can I take admission in that case

After registering for the online counseling procedure, when you are required to fill in the names of the colleges you would want to take admission to (choice locking facility), you should fill it priority wise- meaning, the college you want to take admission in should be selected and locked first, and then the names of other colleges would follow.

It completely depends on the cut off of the colleges, however, if your marks are good enough, you might be able to get into the college of a lower rank in Round 2 also.
