suppose if i get into the mop up round in NEET AIR counselling will i be able to quit and join in any other private colleges?

hi subi,
if you get a college allotted in the mop round and get admitted then you wont be able to resign as you will already have signed a bond during admission which you cant break. but if you dont get admitted , you have the choice to give up the allotted college and join a private one
