NEET Counselling for 15% All India Quota seats
The counselling of NEET for admissions to seats in government medical and dental colleges, which falls under the category of All India Quota seats. It must be noted that since Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir do not participate in central pool of All India Quota seats, colleges from these states will not be participating in admission under All India Quota seats. Hence, these states will conduct counselling for 100% state quota seats.

NEET Counselling will be conducted in online mode in two rounds only. To participate in counselling procedure of NEET, candidates will have to register themselves with MCC in order to obtain a roll number and password. NEET Counselling for Deemed and Central Universities The counselling for Deemed and Central Universities through NEET will be conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS)
NEET Counselling for ESIC Colleges Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Medical Institutions provide for ‘Insured Persons (IPs) Quota’ after allocation to All India Quota and State Quota is done. 332 MBBS seats are available for ‘Wards of Insured persons’ under ESI Scheme who meet the laid down eligibility criteria for admission to Medical Colleges under ‘Insured Persons (IPs)' Quota.
NEET State Counselling
The counselling for admission under 85% state quota seats (except in Andhra Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Telangana) will be conducted by medical education department or an authority appointed by the state government. It must be noted that according to a Supreme Court directive, counselling for government and private colleges will done by the state which will conduct a common centralized counselling for admissions to all colleges located in that particular state. Counselling for central and deemed universities and All India Quota seats will be done by the DGHS. Further, CBSE will release a merit list for each state and Union territory (UT) and forward it to respective states.
