Dear aspirant, No, as of now there is no announcement by the authorities about change in syllabus for the exam in 2020. Any change will be notified. The latest changes that were done related to syllabus was in NCERT and that too were minor. Since the role played by NCERT has become even more bigger from NEET 2019 any small change becomes significant. Also there are very less chances for the syllabus to change as it was same for 2019.
