The clg I'm joining is having placement of 3.5LPA , Is it possible to get higher LPA n good company if so then how?????????????

As you didn't mentioned in what type of career you are in, so it's tough to give you any recommendations.

But in general, placements and jobs is fully depends on you knowledge, attitude and experience.

There is always a chance of promotion in the same company or in other company but to grab that one you must be the best and hard working than others in your competition.
