Hi, so basically all colleges allow girls to go out on weekends.

You are a grown-up you would be able to go out on weekends however you can't stay out past the time provided by the hostel.

The problem usually arises for school students who are staying in hostel but for colleges i dont think you won't be allowed. You can go out.
