Can girls go out of government hostel anytime except night.......??

It depends upon the college or university you have opted for. There are many rules and regulations which are differently followed by institution. Usually, in government colleges, girls students have to avail a outpass from the warden stating the reason for going outside campus. There are sometimes time limit too. Whereas in Universities, you do not have to get any outpass but there are time limits there too. Some Universities even allow girls candidates to stay outside in night also. After all, it wholly depends upon the institute in which you have taken admission because every institute follows it's own norms and conditions.
