the context is the students who got rank less than 10000 rank in 2018 AP EAMCET is already getting full fees reimbursement so how they will be benefited with this scheme?

From past one year AP government is giving full fee reimbursement for ug students .  But it's just for tuition fee . You should pay college admission fee . If you get less than 10000 you will have a chance for free seat in the college so that you cannot pay that admission fee also . Also you will get scholarship from the government.
