The Exam date of Du LLB and MH CET Law Clash with each other . What should I do ?
Dear Gagan, Rajesh and Sanchirajesh Deolia ,
I am glad to inform you that Delhi University has changed the DU LLB Entrance Exam date to June 18. Now you can appear for both MH CET Law and DU LLB Exams.
Prepare well for the exam and clear both these exams so that you have many options to choose from.
All the best.
Thank you!
I am a DU LLB MHCET LLB aspirant and I have written to dean_exam@du.ac.in DU Dean to change the date to any date other than 17th June as MHCET admit cards are out with a date of 17th June. So DU changing its date is the only possibility. I encourage more and more of us to write to the above email id for change of date to DU as DU itself has written on its website to suggest any concerns wrt schedule so they will welcome our concern and also will see how many aspirants are affected by this. This will compel them to change the date. MHCET reporting time is 10 am and DU LLB exam time is 12am to 2pm. So that's a problem. And for me it's worst because my MHCET venue is Lucknow and DU LLB venue is Varanasi. Actually DU did not have Lucknow as a center and I had already filled MHCET form and center a long time ago.
Please write to above email address, if you are an aspirant.
Dear Gagan ,
Great that you have posted a question and have raised your concern regarding the exam date clash between DU LLB Entrance Exam and MH CET Law.
Indeed, unfortunately, the exam conducting bodies have scheduled May 17 as the exam date for the entrance exams.
For now, I can only say that the DU LLB entrance exam is held between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm; the MH CET Law paper is to be held in the morning slot.
Further, we have written to the Delhi University for change in exam dates, so that it comes as an opportunity and convenient for the three-year LLB aspirants to appear for both the examination.
For you, I would suggest you, prepare for the law exam without thinking much about the exam dates. Even in the worst case scenario, you will have wonderful preparation for at least one exam between these two.
Anyway, you have to choose one among the Maharashtra State Law Colleges and University of Delhi, Law Centres.
Hope this brings clarity to some extent. Prepare well for the exam.
In case there is still something to be discussed or confusing, feel free to counter-question me.
Keep questioning and keep on learning.
Thank you!
