The fee 35000/- which we pay to josaa is only for counseling? or it is will be reduced in normal college fee when we get any NIT's?

The Josaa counselling has no registration fee. It is free of cost for all the candidates.
When you accept a seat alloted to you during any round then you have to pay Rs. 35000 for the acceptance of seat which confirms your seat in the specific college.
Your seat acceptance fee will be considered as your admission fee during your admission in the college when you go to the college for document verification and final admission. The seat acceptance fee will be deducted from your admission fee of the particular college.
However, if you want your refund, then there is no as such rule in Josaa 2019 for the refund process but by some efforts you could get your fee refunded. So a candidate must think and then the seat acceptance fee.

Yes, that is a part of your admission fee and when you accept the seat, you have to pay for seat acceptance. If you don't your fee will not be refunded. You can apply for a refund before the last round. That way, you will get the fee you paid but a thousand rupees will be kept as processing fees.
