As you know the business rules of csab 2020 special round counselling ia not released yet.
So, I will give the answer to your query on the basis of business rules of csab 2020 special round counseling.
As per the rules :-
So, yes, your csab fees will be added / adjusted in your allotted institute of csab round counseling.

As per the rules :-
- Out of the csab Special Round Participation Fees, the processing Fees is Rs. 1500 and this fees is non-refundable and non-adjustable towards the fee of allotted Institute.
- The remaining Participation Fees and Seat Acceptance Fee paid by the candidate will be adjusted in the Institute Fee .
- The candidates who have deposited the Fees in any of the IITs, if got allotted a seat in the csab Special Round, then the fees deposited in the IIT will NOT be adjusted in the fee of the newly allotted Institute in Special Round.
So, yes, your csab fees will be added / adjusted in your allotted institute of csab round counseling.
