Hi dear,

Yes other country students can also study in India in Indian Government and Private colleges. They can opt for both Degree and diploma. I am assuming you are from Nepal. Thus students from Nepal have to follow same criteria as followed by Indian Student ie. Appear for an entrance examinations. But now as all entrance exams date are over So you should go for Private colleges.
