Thanx for he query if you  are going to give neet exam then basically you have to peraper basic of class 11th and class 12th from ncrt book then only you able to score good marks in neet 2020 and able to get good marks as well

Just as you are telling that you are going to appear for NEET-UG in 2019 the syllabus for NEET-UG is the same ,which you are studying for 11 & 12 CBSE board that is the complete NCERT textbooks for physics, chemistry and biology of std 11&12 but make it sure that presently NEET is only the exam for medical entrance across the country but the government policies can change over night many past batches had a good experience about it but no need to worry even if NEET exam gets cancel AIPMT will emerge after it and the syllabus for it is same as the present NEET syllabus so don't take stress but i would recommend you to buy some Mcq books and practice through it by solving as it contains questions appeared in various examinations occur in past which will give a through idea of type of questions asked generally in all exams and this will lead to built up confidence in you.

As you will be giving NEET in 2019 onwards so there is no surety about the syllabus that it will be same or changed but for reference I would suggest you to go through the below given NEET 2017 syllabus as this will be giving you an idea about the topics and chapters -

I am presuming your recently enrolled in 11th Std. So i firstly congratulate you for keeping a Pre-hand vision about systematic study planning for NEET-UG At the end we need to have a practical exam approach about all aspects. Considering your question w.r.t to syllabus for NEET-UG read the following points carefully, PRIMARY SYLLABUS. The NCERT Textbook - If we analyse the examiners approach for setting the questions for NEET-UG exam, they would prefer the official publication of the examination authority which in this case is NCERT. So one must know NCERT textbooks (both 11 & 12 Std textbooks) in and out thoroughly. Also consider the illustrations in form of tables, figures and summary as most of the questions are taken from them. Also conceptual studying of the mentioned NCERT syllabus is important. Detailed syllabus is available on NCERT website. Previous NCERT Papers - NCERT has uploaded question papers of previous years and their answer keys online on the website. You can check the same at NCERT website.It gives you the understanding the relationship between the syllabus and type of questions framed from it. SECONDARY SYLLABUS. Other Publications books including MCQ books have certain theory content to read. It would be fair to advise, anyone to read other publication books theory only after you have finished NCERT textbook....... As per my experience, here are a few tips to score top ranks in NEET: - First, you should be thorough with the NCERT prescribed textbooks. In physics and chemistry, ensure that you understand the solved examples. The analogy in the answers are similar for answering NEET questions. In biology, every word is important because about 80-85% of the questions are quite direct. The textbooks present the basic concepts, if you're not clear with it, the reference books are not going to help because they build on these basics. - For reference books, 1) I can recommend Pradeep's Objective Textbooks for all the three subjects for the questions, as practice. 2) For conceptual understanding, you may use HC Verma's Concepts for physics, Modern ABC's textbooks for physics and chemistry and Dinesh's Objective textbook for Biology. - Towards the end of your preparation, I recommend that you solve papers as mock exams and learn time management as you do so (I can't give one definite method as everybody has different tactics). Also analyse your papers; I used to write the page[for biology] and the concept[for physics and chemistry] next to each question as a review. - Last but not least, if you have any doubts, never be afraid to ask your teachers and try not to worry as much as possible(if you do, it's fine, just don't let it get to you)

You have same syllabus for NEET ug 2019 as you reading at this time means physics , Chemistry , Biology ( NCERT) But you have to read also some reference books Like According to me Universal Errorless is the best for Physics & Chemistry MCQs & For Biology you have to read NCERT line to line.                                                                                     Rajat Dave
