There's no book they just sent me so different things

If you were expecting a particular book or study material but received different materials, first check your admission/order details and the prescribed study-material list.

If the material supplied does not match what was promised, contact the institution/provider and clearly mention:

Your enrolment/order number

The book/material you were supposed to receive

What you actually received

A photo of the materials received

Ask them to confirm whether the materials are an updated/revised edition or whether the wrong material was sent. If it is an error, request replacement with the correct study material.
