Yes, you can apply for MBA this year. For national level management exams such as CAT, XAT, IIFT, MAT, CMAT etc., the application process will start in or after August 2018. The eligibility for MBA programmes is a degree programme from any recognised university in any discipline. You can participate in the application and admission process for 2018 admissions but the final admission will be subject to your successful completion of B.Com programme. This means your admission will be valid only if you pass your B.Com exam. In same cases your pass percentage will also matter, if that is part of the admission criteria of a particular programme which you wish to enroll in.
Generally, admissions are granted if you have scored 45-50 per cent in graduation for general category. It however varies at institute and programme level.
