Till now i have nt studied cbse syllabus proprly i have only done board prtn of 11th std so what should i do ?

Most importantly you shall require fixed time table and persistent efforts to keep track of your prigress.

All you need to do is put in 3hours of study everyday for class 12exams and also another 4hours for NEET exam.
On weekend you can take up small section wise mock exams.
Take 6month chary from now and be persistent with your efforts.
Focus well in mock exmas to know your weakness.
