I am sorry to say you that it is not possible to get a seat in Government Medical College, Mysore with 350 marks in NEET UG via 85 percent State Quota. For Mysore Medical College you must target for a score around 540-550.
However if you manage to secure 410-420+ you can get admission in Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, Koppal or in Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences.
