To whom it may concern... I am pursuing PGDBM... and later would like to move into teaching... Trying to seek guidance... Do I need to appear for B.Ed or NET... and also if i need to pursue PhD later how can i go for it...?

After PGDBM, you probably wont be able to move as faculty in Institutes, as a PhD is neccessary. If you ought move as a Faculty in School, you may require a B.Ed, as made compulsory by Most Regulatory Boards for recruitment of Teaching Positions.
