Hello Shailendra,
Delhi University is one of the best places to pursue a bachelors degree in physics. The applications open in May and admission is done based on the marks secured in board exams. There are other colleges and university also out of which a few are listed here.
- ISC, Bangalore (through Boards, JEE, KVPY)
- IISER (Same as above)
- St. Xavier, Calcutta & Presidency University. (Boards & Entrance, respectively)
- NISER (through NEST)
