i think im late to respond you but in case if the councelling is still runnig there may be chances if you didnt attent on the given date.
as under certain rules in this year student can visit the counselling center in the period before the councelling dates end. but the waiting tiime will be more and will be having seperate session.
its better to go with any of the recomendation letter from district officer.
