Let the two sums of money be 2x and 3x.
And the interset rate is y and 2y.
now the simple interest of 2x with a rate of y for 5 years is 2x*5*2y/100=xy/5
And the simple interest of 3x with a rate of 2y for
5 years is 3x*2y*5/100=3xy/10
Now sum of interest is 2400=5xy/10=xy/2 i.e xy=4800
Then the difference of interest is xy/10=480
