For admission to medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh through state quota, candidates should fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Candidates should be a domicile of the state to be eligible for admission and for which the candidate should fulfill the following criteria:
- The citizen of India whose father’s resident/origin is fo Uttar Pradesh and aspirants must is also a resident of UP.
- Indian citizen or their parents should be a resident of the state for not less than three years.
- Indian citizen who is a child of an Indian Government employee.
- Candidates who are residing in a foreign country but their forefathers were a domicile of the state.
