upsee had played with our hard work because there is no difference in round 2 and 3 counseling

This may happen that's not their fault the seat up gradation depends upon the availability of seats in the institutions you have selected in counseling and in branches your want admission if there's no seat left in the colleges then they can't do anything it highly depends upon your rank and the cutoffs of colleges you have filled in counseling I would suggest you to rather go for some private college or try again next year.

but they dont hav that kind of colleges which seats can get filled before nit's and previous year after 5 round there where 316 seats lwft in govt. colleges and how this mirical can happen that there seats are freeze in 3 round

As I told you it depends upon your rank, category and the cutoffs of colleges in your list
Suppose if a student having 50k rank have filled the top government and private college and that too in core branches then irrespective of no of counseling his seat can't be upgraded

but mam my rank is 16562 and if they have not provided us with withdrawal option that is why seats were blocked in 2 round itself coz each and every person who have paid for upgradation in round 1 ends up in 3 round rather thy freeze there seats
If that is the case you should contact about the upsee administration I too have attended the counseling last year and they have done the same thing with most of the students my seat didn't upgrade in any of the round

sir they have removed withdrawal option coz of which there is no upgradation in seats of candidates, seats are blocked, its unfair coz if they wanted to do do this then why they conducted counseling? plz help sir its not only about me it is happening with all of us sir
