Hello Deepak.
You will find every college during counselling you have to choose them in order of your preferences. For example put iet Lucknow and Bundelkhand at top then other government then deemed then good private. If you cannot get iet or Bundelkhand then lower one's are allotted to you in later round college updated also. Good luck.
