Upsee me counseling me college General rank par lete hai ya phir category rank

Hello,

During UPSEE counseling, if you're belonging to a reserved category like SC/ST/OBC then your category rank will be considered and if you're belonging to unreserved category then your general rank will be considered.
If you've also opted for TFW ( tution fee waver) then only your general rank will be considered during counseling.
