viteee rank 9997 which branch preferable?

On the basis of preference i will always suggest Computer Science or Information Technology.
But with this rank it is impossible to get CSE under category 1. Other than CSE you can get any branch you want under 1st category.
If you want CSE then you will have to choose category 2 where you will have to pay 1 lakhs+ for 4 years.
