see your scores are not that bad. and techno india has many colleges. however for techno india salt lake you have chances in , electronics and instrumentation engineering and food technology. however you can try in techno india group other colleges like techno india balur ghat.

Although in saltlake campus there is less chance of getting admission. Although you can expect admissions in some of the departments like civil or Food Technology in mop up round or third round of counselling but I would recommend you to go for Techno India University where there are more chance that you can get your desired branch.

You can expect to get admissions in ECE and electrical department in Techno India University with this rank.
