i have filled jamia form and also done payment. but on website it shows payment not done.

I'll request you to immediately file a complain with technical team of the respective website or organisation to which you have made the payment. Also if a satisfactory resolution is not provided then you should contact your bank. Don't worry a lot, your money will be refunded if there's any issue in the transaction.
