MPSC stands for Maharashtra Public Service Commission which is into recruitment for Civil services jobs in the State of Maharashtra. There are various jobs here and criteria for each designation changes as well. The age limit and qualification change for every job posting. And you havent mentioned your highest qualification. Now coming to banking, you may start as a PO and can grow to become a Manager and beyond based on your experience. For example, there is a certain age limit to appear for SBI Clerk and SBI PO exams. This applies to National Banks. And when compared, MPSC has always better scope than Banking. You can prepare for both the exams and appear for both the exams. Lets say if you are able to crack Bank exams, you can join the Banking sector and still keep trying for MPSC.
