What after getting selected in medical mbbs colleges. Is there a choice of subject...or something else

Hello aspirant,
there's no choice of subjects. Each year's/prof's subjects are fixed.
In India the schedule is as follows:
Anatomy(toughest), physiology & biochemistry.
Pharmacology(toughest), pathology, microbiology &forensic medicine.
Psm/cm(the nemesis of 3rd year), Ent/otolaryngology & Ophthalmology.
Medicine, Surgery, obs gynec & pediatrics(orthopedics and Anesthesia included in surgery & skin & psychiatry in medicine).
