What are criteria and conditions if someone wants to make domecile of state like Kolkata but belong from other state?

hello aspirant,

to apply for a domicile certificate in west bengal you need to stay atleast 10 years in that state. If you can manage to bring certificates from school that you have been doing schooling for 10 years in West Bengal then it would be more satisfying to the government authority.

then you can apply . you need to give residential proof, indentity proof, electric bills etc. you need to go to the district magistrate office for issuing the certificate.
