The  total number of seats in NEET was 52330. From this year, all the private dental and medical colleges have participated in NEET.

The current number of seats available through NEET for MBBS course is 63985.

Currently according to the website of MCI(Medical council of India), there are 64670 seats in 466 Colleges. Out of this 5250 seats from Andhra pradesh and 500 seats from J&K “will not be available for admission under 15% AIQ”.

So the total seats remaining for AIQ will be:

15% of (64670-5750)=8838 seats.

Category wise distribution :-

UR : 0.505(8838)= 4463

OBC NCL :0.27(8838)= 2386

SC : 0.15(8838)= 1326

ST : 0.075(8838)= 663
