Your chances are decent for 85% quota seats in Uttarakhand. But there is less chance for 15 % quota seats.

VERY HIGH ALSO TRY FOR 2ND ROUND OF ALL INDIA QUOTA U COULD GET.. BUT DONT LOCK VERY HIGH COLLEGES
