What are my chances to get admission in govt college in the coming neet UG 2020 as I didn't touched physics and biology for the last 3 years

3 years is a long duration, till now you might have forgotten the basic concepts as well,
If you are determined enough, and if you have lot of interest in the subject then you will definitely get Govt seat ,
I suggest you to study atleast 10 to 15 hours a day with allotting specific time to each subject ,
Also attend any coachings for NEET as they will teach you concepts which you can grasp easily ,

Refer the NCERT text books and also go for Mock test and also previous papers solving which will give you idea about exam pattern and also confidence !
