Hey aspirant,
While filling the form for state quota you'll see an option for sports quoto where you have to check it and write your respective sports. Once you check it, during the form submission you have to carry the respective certificate of your sports during the counseling session. Please see, national and international sports are more preferred.
Hope this helps you, good luck!
