Your neet marks is really very good and I would suggest you to apply for your state counselling, that will always be cheap since they are under the state govt. Moreover, with this marks you can apply for top ranked private colleges, but the fees will be a bit high.

I would recommend you to try in colleges like Dr. BR Ambedkar medical college under COMEDK, then MS Ramaiah under COMEDK, then KS Heygrey and also Jawaharlal Nehru institute of medical sciences, Belgaum
